We began by installing a fully serviced portacabin on site to enable the business to serve its customer base. After moving operations from the workshop and sales area, our works could begin on the main roof to remove a existing non insulated, begrimed corrugated roof and replace by a insulated steel panel roof system. This became phase one, while still maintaining the rear workshop mot facility in operation.

Phase 2 would see the main workshop back in operation and we then moved onto the roof of the rear buildings containing the secondary workshop and mot bay.

During the main reconfiguration of internal offices, welfare and sales area, we carried out interior fit-out works, new wall configuration, installation of MF and suspended ceiling systems, new flooring in ceramics, laminates and carpeting, wall finishes and decoration.

Acting as the Principal Contractor, we also tender and manage all other elements of a internal fit-out, electrical, data, HVAC.

This project was testing in the confines of working around a trading business, but was completed on program and without incident or inconvenience to not only the client but also members of the public.
