Lewis’s connection to SDE Group started long before his official role as a Project Consultant. As a teenager, Lewis worked in our warehouse and on-site, gaining firsthand experience picking and packing materials and assisting with the installation of racking systems. These formative experiences provided Lewis with an early understanding of the practical side of the business and instilled a strong work ethic that aligns well with SDE Group’s values.

A Journey of Service and Growth

At the age of 18, Lewis embarked on a remarkable journey, joining the Royal Marines. For nine years, he served with distinction, deploying to locations around the world and gaining invaluable skills in leadership, adaptability, and resilience. His military career not only shaped his character but also prepared him for the challenges of the business world.

After leaving the military, Lewis found himself drawn back to the family business. Joining SDE Group has offered him a unique opportunity to build on his early experiences while exploring entirely new areas of the industry. “Being part of SDE Group allows me to learn and develop in new ways following my career in the Royal Marines,” Lewis shared. “It’s exciting to step into a role where I can grow and contribute to the family legacy.”
