Our core works package included the installation of drylining and partition walls, MF & suspended ceilings, a structural SFS Shop front incorporating a steel goalpost to house the shutter.

A full decoration package and flooring works which was a mix of wood, vinyl and ceramics. The external Facade was overclad in a powdered coated external cladding system designed by SDE Group and Ellis Brigham. We installed all the fixtures and fittings on completion of the base build. During the build we also programmed and managed the client’s direct trades.

The project was completed on time and within budget which of course are the key fundamentals for our client - Ellis Brigham who we have a long standing and valued relationship with.
