Scope of Works

Exterior Works:

- Overcladding of the existing facade with micro rib cladding, tailored to meet KIA’s current brand guidelines.

- Installation of new concrete bases and mounting of updated KIA external signage, enhancing visibility and curb appeal.

- Full implementation of new external signage to reinforce brand presence.

Electrical works:

Complete electrical design and installation carried out by our in-house specialists at SDE Electrical, ensuring seamless integration with new lighting, signage, and interior systems.

Interior Transformation:

- Full strip-out of the original showroom, including all furniture, partitions, and ceramic flooring.

- Supply and installation of new ceramic floor tiles, complemented by a striking red LED perimeter light strip, a signature feature of KIA’s brand aesthetic.

- Construction of a new mezzanine floor to accommodate additional first-floor office space.

- All bespoke joinery works completed to match brand specifications.

Furniture Coordination:

Close collaboration with KIA's internal furniture fit-out team to ensure all fixtures, fittings and branded components were precisely integrated into the newly designed space.
