A core priority for the client was maintaining a clean and uncluttered environment. As such, the layout includes clear desk areas and designated storage zones to encourage organisation and streamline daily operations.

The office is designed to support both collaborative and focused work. Informal breakout areas are placed throughout the space, offering flexible environments for casual discussions and creative thinking. In contrast, enclosed meeting rooms provide privacy for more formal conversations.

At the heart of the office lies the teapoint and kitchen area, intentionally positioned as a central hub. This space not only encourages team interaction but also helps define and divide the overall floorplan, creating a natural flow between work zones.

The boardroom is a standout feature within the design deliberately bold yet highly functional. A full whiteboard wall offers employees a dynamic surface for brainstorming, planning, and collaboration.
