What did we do?

Demolition & Strip-Out:

- Full removal of all existing internal partitions and suspended ceilings to open up the space for reconfiguration.

- Uplift of all ceramic floor tiles throughout the showroom and workshop areas.

Workshop Upgrade:

- Installation of new heavy-duty concrete bases to accommodate Transit vehicle lifts, ensuring durability and structural support.

- Complete screeding of the workshop floor to provide a smooth and level base for future operations.

- Integration of new wiring and isolators throughout the workshop, delivered by our in-house team at SDE Electrical, ensuring compliance with all safety and operational standards.

Showroom Transformation:

- Formation of a new Ford Transit showroom, including the supply and fit of ceramic floor tiles to meet Ford’s specific design standards.

- Installation of new Ford-specification fittings and display features, enhancing the showroom environment and customer experience.

Office & Interior Fit-Out:

- Construction of new internal offices, incorporating full-height glazed partition panels to promote a modern, open-plan feel while maintaining functional separation.

- Re-decoration of all new and existing walls within both office and workshop spaces, creating a clean, professional finish throughout.

External Works:

- Full respray of all external elevations to align with Ford’s updated branding specifications, improving visual identity and consistency with the wider Ford network.
